New Grad, Entry LevelKatalyst CRO is seeking a Validation Engineer for a hands-on, onsite role focused on equipment installation and validation documentation within a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will support qualification activities and work closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager to ensure equipment readiness in a fast-paced setting.

Own validation deliverables
Support equipment readiness in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Strong focus on IQ and OQ (no PQ ownership)
Regulated manufacturing experience required (medical device strongly preferred)
Preferred
Exposure to tube drawing, metal processing, or Nitinol is a plus, but not required
