Responsibilities
Perform complex validations of revenue transactions and ensure compliance with product rules and standards
Draft and execute work in alignment with SOX controls, and partner with auditors on audit activities
Act as a steward and expert over customer information, utilizing knowledge to optimize customer experience outcomes
Monitor automated transactions, intervene in errors, and provide cross-functional escalation support
Design and execute reports for accuracy reconciliation, capacity planning, and performance monitoring
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in communication and critical thinking
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Solid understanding of revenue recognition and finance operations
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required
2-5 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in finance operations
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems
