Provides general administrative support to the appraisal department in ordering, tracking and uploading of appraisal reports and data
Manage inboxes and routes escalations to the appropriate party in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate with internal and external customers regarding file status and follow-ups
Performs overflow follow up functions as directed
Performs other duties and projects assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Preferred
One (1) + year of administrative support or mortgage industry experience preferred
