Responsibilities
Build and execute our content strategy across social (TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts)
Source, onboard, and manage creator partnerships, like finding people who genuinely get Willow and can speak authentically to their audiences
Create content yourself when needed, and operate a team of creators
Write briefs that lead to sharp, high-quality content; review and optimize scripts that resonate
Run experiments constantly, testing hooks, formats, personas, and platforms to find what converts
Study the analytics and data for what captures attention, what keeps it, what others are doing better
Scale from dozens to hundreds of creator and UGC partnerships with the right tools and systems
Work closely with product and design to ensure growth and product evolve together
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in marketing
US citizen/visa only
Skills in Growth design and Marketing design
Ability to build and execute content strategy across social media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts)
Experience sourcing, onboarding, and managing creator partnerships
Ability to create content and operate a team of creators
Experience writing briefs that lead to high-quality content
Ability to run experiments and analyze data for content performance
Experience scaling creator and UGC partnerships
Ability to work closely with product and design teams
Preferred
3+ years working with content and creators, with examples of quality and traction
Experience scaling an influencer/creator program efficiently
Previous founding team member or early employee at a high-growth consumer/prosumer company
Personal track record of 10k+ followers, a viral project, or content with meaningful reach
Passion for productivity, AI, or voice technology
