Responsibilities
Drive email and SMS revenue for our hair, and new home products and skincare lines, but also go beyond: shape the entire lifecycle strategy
Segment and personalize campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions
A/B test subject lines, copy, offers, creative, and send times
Track performance (open rates, CTR, CVR, revenue) and adjust based on data
Develop flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
Run surveys and build feedback loops to learn what our audience wants—new products, content, or formats
Collaborate with social media teams to ensure our messaging is consistent and engaging across all platforms
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding what our audience truly wants and using those insights to influence product and content strategy
Oversee and guide a social media specialist, ensuring that email, SMS, and social efforts are all aligned for a cohesive customer journey
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in email/SMS marketing and a strong grasp of customer lifecycle management
Experience in beauty or e-commerce is a plus
Ability to lead cross-channel initiatives, working with both marketing and product teams to create a seamless customer experience
Knowledge of Klaviyo or similar platforms
Understanding of consumer psychology and what drives clicks and purchases
Obsessed with metrics and test everything
