Responsibilities
Complete assigned tasks and projects within the Supply Chain department, including Materials, Purchasing, Loading, and Fleet
Participate in time studies, usage analysis, and flow planning activities
Assist with efficiency improvements and process optimization initiatives
Collect, analyze, and present data to support operational decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement efforts
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field), Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Preferred
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
