Customer Service Technician II
Chenega Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Technician II to support the Missile Defense Deployment and Sustainment Operations contract for the Missile Defense Agency. The role involves maintaining inventory, performing fleet planning and maintenance, and operating various vehicles and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities
Maintain proper document accountability for record keeping and historical archives
Maintain inventory, prepare order quantities, and track resupply activities
Perform fleet planning, operation, and maintenance
Perform general maintenance and custodial tasks of warehouse/parts facilities and equipment, e.g., sweeping, and discarding waste
Prepare materials for shipping, palletizing, banding, and wrapping, including weights and dimensions
Operate various vehicles, including vans, pickup trucks, and 2-ton flatbeds
Operate general material handling equipment (Forklifts, pallet jacks, and like equipment)
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years' experience in alarm monitoring, physical security, military operations center, emergency communications, or a similar environment is preferred
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Secret clearance required
Must demonstrate maturity and technical strength in the respective area of expertise and be able to adjust quickly to a complex and ever-evolving scope of work
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to conscientiously follow written and verbal instructions
Proper use of standard hand tools and material handling equipment
Proper use of battery-powered tools
Ability to maintain a driver's license
Ability to lift boxes, packages, and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds using proper equipment and lifting techniques
Physically fit with full use of arms, legs, and back
Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions in warehouses or weather
Ability to maintain required training and certifications
Ability to travel 10-20% to CONUS and OCONUS locations
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Ability to use computers to search for and generate information using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
Ability to use Adobe to create forms and documents and merge files
Ability to communicate with customers to understand various shipping and storage requirements
Ability to communicate with commercial shipping companies to track and plan for shipments
