Oversee daily operations of Parts and Service departments
Manage technician and advisor scheduling and workflow
Monitor warranty claims, service issues, and customer escalations
Maintain inventory control and operational efficiency
Partner with Sales and Finance teams to support dealership success
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of management experience in RV, Marine, Automotive, or Powersports
Experience overseeing multiple departments (service/parts preferred)
Strong background in hiring, training, and performance management
Knowledge of DMS systems, inventory control, and scheduling
Understanding of warranty processes and service operations
Budgeting, reporting, and performance metric experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Positive, team-oriented leadership style
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced dealership environment
