Senior HP Non-Stop Developer
Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Non-Stop Developer to lead the design, development, and enhancement of mission-critical applications on HPE Non-Stop systems. This role involves ensuring high availability and fault tolerance in real-time train control and dispatching systems.

Responsibilities
Design and develop fault-tolerant applications using TAL, C, or C++ on HPE Non-Stop platforms
Build and support real-time train control and dispatching software
Develop and optimize database solutions using NonStop SQL/MX and SQL/MP
Integrate applications with Enscribe file systems and Pathway server classes
Analyze and improve system performance and responsiveness
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure continuous availability
Participate in structured change management and release planning
Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment guides
Implement secure coding practices and support audit-readiness
Collaborate with QA, operations, and infrastructure teams
Support modernization efforts through hybrid integration models (REST APIs, NSHTTP, iTP WebServer)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
7+ years of hands-on development experience on HPE NonStop (Tandem) platforms
Proficiency in TAL, C, or C++ for high-performance, fault-tolerant systems
Expertise in NonStop SQL/MX and SQL/MP
Experience with Enscribe file structures and Pathway server integration
Strong skills in performance tuning and incident resolution
Familiarity with structured change management and secure development practices
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
HPE NonStop technical certification
10+ years of NonStop development experience
Experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatching systems
Exposure to hybrid integration models (REST APIs, iTPWebServer, NSHTTP)
Experience working under strict SLAs and regulatory standards
