Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational guidance to network deployments
Facilitate technical discussions to identify solutions and mitigate risks
Build and execute comprehensive deployment program scopes and schedules
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
Establish and maintain regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10 years of experience in IP or Optical network deployment, focusing on operations, program management, process improvement, and technical expertise
Proven track record of delivering IP network infrastructure projects on time and with quality
Technical expertise in IP networking protocols, architectures, and technologies
Excellent program management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making
Preferred
Experience in facilitating technical discussions with cross-functional teams
Ability to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Experience managing relationships with vendors and partners
