Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the eTerra OMS platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and stability
Develop, enhance, and support OMS workflows to meet operational needs
Manage integrations between OMS, GMS modules, and other enterprise systems
Monitor, analyze, and optimize the AMI Filtering Rules Engine to improve outage detection and response
Collaborate with IT, operations teams, and vendors to diagnose issues and implement system enhancements
Ensure compliance with security standards and utility industry best practices
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to internal stakeholders as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in utility OMS administration or support
Hands-on experience with GE OMS (eOMS) or CGI OMS
Strong understanding of OMS workflows and their role in outage response
Experience integrating OMS with GMS modules and enterprise applications
Proficiency in AMI Filtering Rules Engine concepts and troubleshooting
Knowledge of real-time utility operations and outage management best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with SCADA, DMS, or EMS systems
Working knowledge of SQL, scripting, or automation tools
Exposure to cloud-based or hybrid OMS deployments
