Responsibilities
Receive and carefully document failed devices returned from the field
Perform evaluations of contaminated medical devices in a bio-hazard laboratory
Document investigation results clearly using technical writing standards
Develop and maintain quality standards and inspection protocols
Conduct testing and inspections of products and equipment
Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)
Perform basic statistical analysis on non-conforming products
Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and quality system requirements
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Entry-level individual contributor working under close supervision
Strong attention to detail
Technical documentation and writing
Curiosity and willingness to ask questions and complete routine tasks
