Client Reporting Associate / Presentation Specialist

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)
Independently produce customized client and portfolio reporting tailored to unique client requirements
Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support business initiatives and provide data‑driven recommendations
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting deliverables
Create, optimize, and manage interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs across accounts and operational functions
Build data models and visualizations that support operational insights and leadership decision‑making
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and streamline workflows
Build professional, brand‑compliant PowerPoint presentations for monthly/quarterly reports, QBRs, and special projects
Develop visually engaging charts, graphs, and infographics to clearly communicate trends and insights
Compile and present clear, concise, and persuasive reports for senior leadership and client audiences
Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources, including SQL databases and enterprise systems
Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and support management in resolving data issues
Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery of all reporting
Partner with Operations, Management, and cross‑functional teams to gather reporting requirements and define metrics
Translate business needs into actionable analytics, dashboards, and presentation materials
Support the development and documentation of workflows under the direction of Operations Management
Create and distribute client surveys; monitor, analyze, and compile results for leadership review
Develop a comprehensive understanding of client portfolios, data sources, and reporting expectations
Assign monthly training modules to TMG Associates through the corporate VLC and track completion rates
Support additional special projects and reporting initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data modeling)
Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices
Familiarity with SQL or other database querying languages
Strong PowerPoint design skills, including layout, animation, and embedded media
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate complex findings into clear, executive‑ready narratives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
