Responsibilities
Work directly with business leaders, SMEs, and technical partners to gather and document requirements for enterprise systems
Create, present, and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documents in approved systems
Document, trace, maintain, prioritize, and assess changes to business workflows and system processes
Support smaller efforts by acting in project manager or QA analyst capacities when needed
Conduct research, query data, analyze issues, and determine solutions such as process improvements or system redesigns
Update project information, statuses, risks, issues, and timelines consistently for reporting purposes
Work within an agile methodology to deliver value efficiently and adjust to shifting priorities
Participate in database and forms analysis when required
Qualification
Required
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for interaction with diverse teams including executives, managers, IT, and SMEs
Experience with process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering and analysis, and all phases of the project lifecycle
Experience delivering software within an Agile team environment
Strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adjust to shifting priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
Experience using requirements‑gathering tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or RTC
Ability to analyze business strategies and user needs
8 years of experience working on large, complex IT systems
8 years of experience eliciting requirements, writing user stories and design documents, defining acceptance criteria, testing outcomes, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams
8 years of experience with SDLC procedures and system development methodologies
8 years of experience managing stakeholder expectations and priorities
8 years of experience working within a project governance structure including templates and reporting
Excellent task management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross‑functional environment
8 years of experience with Microsoft development platforms and software
6 years of experience working in an Agile environment
5 years of experience with ALM tools such as TFS, VSTS, Azure DevOps, Jira, or RTC
5 years of working experience with SQL Server Management Studio or similar relational database tools
3 years of familiarity with information management practices, data modeling standards, or architecture analysis
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field, and/or 8 years of relevant experience
