GTM Recruiter
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end GTM searches across high-growth technology and AI companies
Source and engage senior-level GTM talent (AE, Sales Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Partnerships, etc.)
Build strong candidate relationships through thoughtful, high-quality outreach
Partner closely with founders, CROs, Heads of Talent, Sales Leaders etc
Run tight, high-output recruitment processes with a focus on quality over volume
Contribute to business development efforts and long-term client relationships
Help shape SG Talent’s processes, tools, and ways of working as we scale
Qualification
Required
Proven experience recruiting GTM talent in tech (must have worked at an agency)
Strong sourcing capability and confidence engaging senior-level candidates
Commercial mindset - comfortable contributing to business development and client growth
High ownership mentality - you care deeply about outcomes, not just activity
Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Ambitious, thoughtful, and motivated by building something long-term
