StorSuite is a vertically integrated service provider in the self-storage industry, seeking a Sales Representative to expand their client base. This role involves managing the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals while building strong relationships with clients and leveraging various outreach strategies.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, leveraging warm calling techniques, emailing outreach, attending trade shows, various meet-ups, and/or conferences etc
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate interest, set appointments, conduct demos, negotiate agreements, close deals, etc. potential customers, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through professional communication and customer service excellence
Present product information, features, and benefits to
Utilize Zoho CRM software to track leads, update contact information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
Collaborate within the business development, technology and marketing suites to align outreach strategies and maximize lead generation efforts to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer experience.Negotiate terms and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel and achieve growth targets
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technical and marketing products
Demonstrated success in outbound calling, telemarketing, or business development activities
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively
Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building
Technology sales: 1 year (Required)

Preferred
Prior experience in technology sales, technical sales, or marketing is a plus but not mandatory
