Responsibilities
Generates weekly PMs from Infor
Verifies labor hours, material issue, and contractor cost are charged to work orders
Records unplanned maintenance work in Infor
Assist Planner/Scheduler in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance work schedule
Runs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports as necessary for maintenance and plant performance
Complies with all environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping programs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent mathematical, English, communication, and writing skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Computer literate with experience on Microsoft Office products, and SAP (a plus)
Knowledge or experience with Computer Maintenance Management System(s) is a plus
Environmental training applicable to the job
Safety training
Job instructional training
Additional training as needed
