Qualification
Required
Residential HVAC mastery, with strong troubleshooting skills
Relevant state licenses and certifications
Knowledge of local codes and safety regulations
Valid driver's license and clean, safe driving record
English fluency and customer-first communication
Hands-on mindset, tech-friendly, and no shortcuts
Physical capability to perform demanding, manual work
