Responsibilities
Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, and reconciliations
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support audits and compliance with non-profit and grant requirements
Partner with program leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting
Help enhance accounting processes as the organization scales
Qualification
Required
5+ years of accounting experience (non-profit experience a plus, not required)
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with month-end close and reconciliations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
Detail-oriented, proactive, and mission-aligned
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus)
