This role is critical for ensuring accurate and compliant equity-related reporting for publicly listed US entities, including preparation of data supporting SEC filings and equity plans.

Responsibilities
Run, extract, and analyze E•TRADE reports to support US quarterly and annual financial filings (10-Q and 10-K)
Validate and reconcile equity award data including RSUs, stock options, and ESPP
Perform data checks and reconciliations between E•TRADE and internal US financial systems
Support audit requests, internal controls, and documentation for US reporting
Maintain strong understanding of equity plan administration workflows within E•TRADE
Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and coordinate with E•TRADE support teams
Prepare and maintain SOPs and process documentation for equity reporting
Provide ad-hoc analysis related to equity grants, vesting schedules, exercises, and outstanding awards
Ensure compliance with SEC and internal control standards
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or equity compensation supporting US accounts
Hands-on E•TRADE experience, particularly in running and validating reports is a plus but not required. Training will be provided
Advanced Excel skills; comfortable handling large datasets
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for working with US-based stakeholders
