Human Resources Intern
Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join their HR team. This role will involve projects in Compensation and Benefits, HR Shared Services, and HR Technology, as well as gaining exposure to HR Generalist responsibilities.

Drafting updated Leave of Absence Policies and Procedures for a centralized LOA process
Reviewing and recommending current paid time off policies
Making recommendations for refreshed policies
Creating communication plans
Creating change management plans
New employee onboarding and orientation
Employee relations issues
HR compliance
Employee engagement
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong written and oral communication skills used in story telling
Strong time management and organizational skills
Critical thinking skills, along with good decision making and judgement
Ability to work independently and as part of team
Ability to maintain confidentiality
