6+ years expALTEN is looking for a highly skilled SAP Security Analyst to design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles in alignment with security standards and compliance requirements. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders and SAP functional architects to ensure a secure SAP environment while focusing on production support and ongoing project deployments.

Responsibilities
Analyze, create, and maintain SAP security roles and profiles to meet compliance and business needs
Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and business units to deliver secure solutions
Ensure audit compliance and contribute to SAP security policies, procedures, and best practices
Support production environments and coordinate security aspects of new implementations and projects
Provide thought leadership on security design, risk mitigation, and future supportability
Create and maintain security standards, procedures, and technical documentation
Qualification

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP security design, implementation, and administration in SAP ECC, including production support
Expertise in SAP security objects across modules: AM, BC, FI, MM, PM, PS, QA, SD
Proficient in SAP authorization concepts, troubleshooting, and reporting
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP security administration, including global account provisioning, authentication, IAS/IPS administration, and trust/federation configuration
Strong understanding of SOX compliance, system risks, segregation of duties, and mitigating controls
Familiarity with SAP Basis, ABAP objects, transports, and integration points
Experience with SAP GRC 10.x (required); AC12 experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database tools
Understanding of identity management, SSO, mobile, and cloud security solutions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Preferred
SAP HCM authorization experience (Payroll, Time, OM/PA) and structural profiles
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and Gateway authorizations
Experience with SAP HANA BI role design and user administration
Experience with SAP Ariba, Extended Warehouse Management and Transportation Management
