Responsibilities
Responsible for series of license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Oversight of WIC license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information
Work with business operations and category teams on expansion of licensed locations
Maintain electronic license files and supply copies upon request
Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals
Review and respond to licensing related correspondence
Perform other management or related duties as requested by licensing team management
Qualification
Required
Experience working with government agencies (federal, state, or local)
Strong electronic filing and document management skills
License renewal experience (WIC highly preferred)
3 to 5 years of experience
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
