They are seeking an experienced, hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and ensure positive candidate experiences while supporting the company's growth.

Responsibilities
Oversee the entire full-cycle recruitment and hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to making offers
Work collaboratively with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and staffing needs. Assist with drafting job descriptions, opening requisitions, and driving the recruiting process to completion
Ensure positive candidate experiences from start to finish – engaging and communicating throughout the process
Work collaboratively with the HR Team in onboarding new hires and creating a strong and positive employer brand for SAGA
Manage the ATS (Rippling) and providing weekly staffing reports and analytics
May manage contract recruiter(s) and recruiting agencies as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (preferred in business administration, human resources, marketing, biology or health sciences) or equivalent experience
5+ years of successful recruiting experience in medical oncology and/or diagnostics, molecular residual disease (MRD), or related healthcare products
Strong process management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, relationship management skills, and ability to close candidates
Ability to be a hands-on manager in a fast-paced, fast-growing company
Experience with managing contract recruiters and recruiting agencies
Experience with ATS, HRIS, and MS Office
Preferred
Preferred location is within RTP in NC, but position may be remote in the U.S.. Candidates who can support East Coast hours preferred
