Director of Finance & Administration
Opportunity Interactive is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance & Administration to lead HR, Accounting, and Administrative operations across multiple entities. This role partners closely with the executive team and oversees various teams, focusing on compliance, financial expertise, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Lead HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and compliance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (OSHA, ROC, licensing requirements)
Develop and execute HR strategies for hiring, retention, compensation, and succession planning
Oversee accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financials
Ensure compliance with GAAP, Arizona tax regulations, and construction financial requirements (lien waivers, CCIP/OCIP, WIP, percentage of completion)
Review and approve vendor payments, subcontract documentation, and lien waivers
Manage cash flow and financial stability across multiple companies
Supervise office operations, vendors, facilities, and administrative staff
Drive process improvements and cross-department efficiencies
Provide financial and operational insights to support executive decision-making
Support company culture and employee engagement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field
5-7+ years leading HR, accounting, and administrative teams
Strong working knowledge of GAAP, WIP, job costing, bonds, waivers, sales tax, and compliance
Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting systems
HRIS experience
Proven leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field
Construction industry experience
SHRM certification
