Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements and variance analyses
Review internal reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with SEC and non-GAAP requirements
Monitor and interpret new accounting standards and regulatory guidance (FASB, SEC) and support implementation
Assist with external audits, including financial statements and footnote support
Support process improvements and special reporting projects

SEC reporting experienceU.S. GAAP knowledgePublic accounting experienceAnalytical skillsBanking experienceCPA certificationBachelor’s degreeCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

4–6 years of public accounting and/or public company SEC reporting experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred

Banking experience and CPA preferred
