Lightwell Architecture is a full-service architecture and interior design firm located in Niwot, Colorado, dedicated to creating timeless and functional architecture. They are seeking a Project Designer/Project Architect/Project Manager who will be involved in all phases of design, from schematic to construction, and will coordinate with clients and consultant teams.

Architecture & Planning

Responsibilities

Design and detailing/drafting involvement in all phases of design, from schematic to construction phase

Development of construction documents

Presentation and graphics development

Perform code analysis and documentation

Coordinates and corresponds with consultant teams and clients

Hands-on experience learning about design concepts, detailing, construction phase observation, client and consultant correspondence, and project management

Qualification

M-ArchB-Arch degreeRobust Revit SkillsAdobe Creative SuiteMicrosoft Office experienceCreativeTechnical skillsBasic construction knowledgeEffective communication skillsCollaborative attitude

Required

M-Arch or B-Arch professional architecture degree

Robust Revit Skills are a must

Effective and clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Both creative and technical skill set

Enthusiasm and willingness to collaborate and learn

Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office experience

Basic knowledge of construction means and methods

Acts independently to creatively resolve technical tasks with assistance from other staff

Preferred

Licensure or working towards licensure is a plus, but not required
