Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions

Employ a holistic approach to mental health, integrating physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into treatment

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, nutritionists, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care

Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Educate clients on coping strategies, wellness practices, and self-care techniques

Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and integrate new approaches into your practice

Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities

Qualification

Required

Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Current state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)

Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence
