Senior OneStop Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities
Handles a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner
Identifies customer needs, research issues, and provides solutions
Provides student support via telephone and follow-up email communication to achieve efficient and expedient solutions utilizing available institutional systems
Assists students with the process of admissions, registration, and financial aid by providing them with status of their application and advise them when documents are missing
Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism to ensure that accurate responses are provided to applicants prospective, and current students while documenting all interactions in the customer relationship management system
Performs related duties as required or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and six (6) years of experience
Preferred
Call center experience preferred
