Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms
Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange and SharePoint
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of cloud services
Implement security measures and best practices for cloud infrastructure, leveraging tools like Microsoft Sentinel
Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune and ensure compliance with company policies
Collaborate with development teams to support database systems using SQL and Fabric
Maintain virtualization environments using VMWare, optimizing resource allocation and performance
Provide technical support and training to IT staff and end-users regarding cloud services and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud administration and systems management
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and SharePoint
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Sentinel, SQL, and Fabric
Proven skills in managing VMWare environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
