Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for end users across hardware, software, and SaaS platforms
Manage and resolve tickets through a centralized ticketing system, meeting SLA expectations
Support Microsoft 365 environments, including user provisioning, access management, and troubleshooting
Assist with device management using Intune and Autopilot
Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices
Deliver high-quality, professional support to employees at all levels of the organization
Document processes, solutions, and common issues to support long-term scalability
Collaborate closely with the Systems Administrator and broader IT team
Serve as a foundational member of a growing IT organization, contributing to process improvement and team growth

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of actual Help Desk or Service Desk experience (not entry-level or purely academic)
Experience working with ticketing systems (Jira preferred, others acceptable)
Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot
Solid Windows troubleshooting experience
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Comfortable working independently in a small, developing IT team
Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal supervision
Professional demeanor with the ability to support executive-level users

Preferred

CompTIA A+ certification
CompTIA Security+ or Network+
Basic Linux exposure
Prior experience supporting a growing or newly internalized IT function
Demonstrated leadership aptitude or informal mentoring experience
