Responsibilities
Define, manage, and socialize business requirements for the marketing technology stack
Oversee integration of MarTech platforms to ensure interoperability and efficiency
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for technology usage and governance
Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing data across systems
Partner with data and analytics teams to develop dashboards, reports, and insights that inform decision-making
Monitor data quality and compliance with privacy and security standards
Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes, including budget tracking and strategic campaign alignment
Develop and maintain operational workflows to support campaign execution and performance measurement
Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes and tools
Manage and mentor operations team, fostering professional growth and collaboration
Provide clear priorities, guidance, and accountability for operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, science or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in marketing operations, technology, or related roles, with at least 3 years in leadership
Proven expertise in managing MarTech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Automation, Tag Management, Analytics platforms)
Strong understanding of data governance, system integrations, and marketing analytics
Experience leading marketing planning and budgeting processes
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Drug development CRO or related experience preferred
