Responsibilities
Oversee and manage concrete construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports
Train and supervise construction teams to achieve high performance
Manage procurement of materials and equipment for concrete works
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed correctly
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Superintendent in concrete construction
Strong knowledge of carpentry, concrete, formwork, post-tensioning, steel, structural, and decking techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
5+ years of experience in concrete construction management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
