New Grad, Entry LevelMW Talent is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm to hire a junior Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Associate to join a highly regarded Tech Transactions & Data Privacy practice. This role offers exposure to a wide range of cybersecurity and data privacy matters, including incident response and privacy compliance. You'll work within a collaborative team environment and gain hands-on experience advising clients on practical solutions.

Responsibilities
Assist with cybersecurity incident response matters
Advise clients on privacy compliance and data protection issues
Support regulatory investigations and related litigation
Draft and review legal documents, policies, and client communications
Work closely with attorneys across a national practice group
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Active Alabama bar admission required
Strong academic credentials
Experience in a law firm or similar professional environment
Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex subject matter
Preferred
Experience with cyber incident response or complex commercial litigation is a plus, but not required
