Responsibilities
Receive instruction from machine set-up personnel and operate machines accordingly
Make offsets to ensure processes are complete and quality of parts are met, and replace inserts or other tools as needed
Perform visual and measurement checks to maintain quality output of parts
Perform daily routine maintenance of CNC machine
Adhere to company quality policies and procedures in accordance with our ISO 9001 documented plan
Qualification
Required
2+ years of CNC mill experience
Proficiency in the use of measuring tools; micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, optical comparator, thread gauges, etc
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, understand GD T
Basic math skills
Strong analytical skills
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and positive attitude
