Responsibilities
Lead the review, redlining, and negotiation of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS/vendor contracts
Identify and flag key risks in liability, indemnification, and IP, ensuring all terms align with company playbooks and risk tolerances
Translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice, summarizing trade-offs for leadership and cross-functional partners
Manage the end-to-end contracting process, from initial intake and version control to execution and obligation tracking
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely deal execution
Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks to streamline internal workflows
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of relative experience in an enterprise software company supporting a sales team
Ability to work independently
Strong sense of urgency to help the business move quickly
