Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations, and maintaining accurate payroll records while supporting the needs of employees and the organization.

Maintaining accurate payroll records
Providing payroll-related services
Ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and on time
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Payroll Administration, including experience with payroll processing and maintaining accurate records
Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance with relevant regulations and reporting procedures
Experience in handling payroll-related tasks such as Garnishments and Payroll Services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
Proficiency with payroll software and tools, and familiarity with relevant state and federal laws
Excellent communication skills to clarify payroll-related inquiries and work collaboratively with teams
Preferred
Prior experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus
Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred
