The Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting and hiring qualified professionals to support the agency's mission and growth, handling full-cycle recruiting and ensuring compliance with various requirements.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified nurses, home health aides, and clinical staff across multiple states
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews with clinical leadership and hiring managers
Manage job postings across multiple platforms and recruiting channels
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements, including licensure, background checks, and onboarding documentation
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs
Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Support retention initiatives through ongoing candidate and employee engagement

Required

Minimum of 2–3 years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting nurses and clinical staff
Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with ATS systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule and changing staffing demands

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Healthcare or home health recruiting experience
Familiarity with multi-state healthcare licensing requirements
