Responsibilities
Direct and evaluate AI-generated voice performances for accuracy, authenticity, and expressive quality
Guide AI voice models across a wide range of accents, dialects, and regional speech patterns
Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to refine voice synthesis systems and training datasets
Define and document best practices for pronunciation, tone, pacing, modulation, and emotional delivery
Provide precise, real-time feedback and targeted improvement strategies to enhance AI voice outputs
Deliver detailed written and verbal evaluations of voice performance and project progress
Participate in high-intensity mini-pilot sessions to ensure audio descriptions meet professional standards
Qualification
Required
Proven professional experience as a voice coach with strong expertise in voice acting, accents, and dialects
Demonstrated background in voice directing for audio, media, or performance-driven projects
Strong understanding of phonetics, speech patterns, and linguistic nuance
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional creative and technical teams
Strong interest in advancing AI-driven voice and audio technologies
