Responsibilities

Lead the annual operating plan and forecast processes, including timelines, templates, and cross-functional inputs
Partner with functional leaders to develop driver-based assumptions (revenue, margins, headcount, operating expense, and capital)
Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including variance analysis, trend insights, and identification of risks and opportunities
Develop, track, and refine enterprise KPIs and dashboards to improve visibility into operational and financial performance
Own the corporate management reporting package and performance narratives used for leadership updates
In partnership with the CFO, prepare materials for executive leadership discussions, Board updates, and sponsor reporting; present analysis as needed and appropriate
Provide insights on key business drivers including margin and EBITDA performance
Build and maintain financial models to support growth initiatives, cost optimization, pricing, capital investments, and strategic initiatives
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support planning decisions and evaluate tradeoffs
Support M&A-related analysis as needed (opportunity sizing, synergy modeling, integration reporting, and post-acquisition tracking)
Leverage strong accounting knowledge to ensure forecasts, budgets, and KPI reporting align with internal financial statements and key accounting policies
Partner closely with Controllership to align actual results, forecast/budget views, and reporting definitions across the enterprise
Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team (including goal-setting, feedback, and performance development)
Standardize reporting and planning processes to improve consistency, transparency, and efficiency across business units
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance speed, accuracy, and insight
Improve the reporting ecosystem (planning tools, BI, templates, dashboards) to increase self-service insights and reduce manual effort
Partner with IT and finance stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting infrastructure

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA a plus
10+ years of progressive finance experience, with FP&A leadership experience at the Manager or Senior Manager level (or equivalent scope)
Strong accounting foundation with solid understanding of GAAP financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups/indexing, working with large datasets) and strong PowerPoint skills
Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Essbase/TM1, or similar); planning tools experience is a plus
Proven ability to translate financial results into clear insights for non-finance partners and drive action

Preferred

Experience in a multi-entity/multi-location environment preferred; exposure to PE-backed reporting expectations is a plus
