They are seeking experienced Transactional Paralegals who can manage documents, filings, timelines, and closing processes in various practice areas including Corporate/Transactional and Intellectual Property.

Responsibilities

Maintain corporate records, governance documents, and entity files

Prepare and submit entity filings and compliance paperwork

Assist with contract drafting, revisions, and document organization

Support transactional workflows including signature packets, checklists, and closing binders

Draft estate planning documents and supporting materials

Support probate and trust administration

Prepare filings and maintain organized estate and trust records

Assist with trademark applications and portfolio maintenance

Track deadlines, manage docket information, and prepare correspondence

Support U.S. and international patent filings

Prepare IDS materials and prosecution documents

Track deadlines and coordinate with outside counsel or foreign associates

Assist with incident‑response documentation

Support privacy compliance tracking and reporting

Maintain privacy‑related policies, logs, and governance records

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree and ABA‑approved Paralegal Certificate

Comfort working independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal teams

Familiarity with legal software, document management systems, and databases
