Responsibilities
You will deliver IT support for executives by troubleshooting devices, software, and enterprise platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS/Android, Office365, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Intune, Jamf, SCCM) while communicating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
You will manage technology for board meetings, town halls, earnings events, and VIP offsite events, by applying your background in supporting high-profile events
You will take ownership of executive technology issues, diagnosing and resolving problems, and coordinating when specialized expertise is required
You will document processes, manage work in ServiceNow, and partner with global peers to provide a uniform executive support experience worldwide
Qualification
Required
6–8+ years of IT support experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Ability to troubleshoot devices, software, and enterprise platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS/Android, Office365, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Intune, Jamf, SCCM)
Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing technology for high-profile events such as board meetings, town halls, earnings events, and VIP offsite events
Ability to take ownership of executive technology issues, diagnosing and resolving problems
Experience documenting processes and managing work in ServiceNow
Ability to build trusted partnerships with executives, assistants, and IT teams
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing needs
Ability to use sound judgment in sensitive situations
