The Continuous Improvement Intern will support operational excellence initiatives within a manufacturing environment, gaining hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, problem solving, and process improvement while working closely with Engineering, Operations, and CI leaders.

Responsibilities
Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
Assist with planning and execution of facility and production line improvements
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify waste and improvement opportunities
Participate in problem-solving activities using CI methodologies
Support documentation of standard work, layouts, and process changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvements
Present project outcomes and recommendations to leadership at the conclusion of the internship
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
