Responsibilities
Manage cases from intake through trial and resolution
Assist with discovery, including document organization, review coordination, and production
Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and case documents
Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain case calendars, litigation deadlines, and trial schedules
Support trial preparation, including exhibits, trial binders, witness files, and courtroom materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and ABA‑approved Paralegal Certificate
3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience
Experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Civil Litigation, Environmental Law, Family Law, Personal Injury
Strong trial preparation experience
Familiarity with litigation support and case management tools such as Clio, ProLaw, TrialDirector, or similar systems
