Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair Windows and macOS systems
Diagnose and resolve WiFi, router, and wired network issues
Install and configure printers, scanners, and peripherals
Replace or upgrade hardware components
Reinstall operating systems using bootable tools
Run, terminate, and test Cat5e / Cat6 cabling
Install and support POS systems and network-connected devices
Perform basic low-voltage installations following site requirements
Mount and configure TVs or displays when applicable
Document completed work and communicate clearly with customers
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in IT support, field service, or low-voltage installations
Strong understanding of networking concepts (routers, switches, cabling)
Hands-on experience with Ethernet cabling, terminations, and cable testing
Ability to read basic installation layouts or follow site instructions
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and provide professional customer service
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Own required tools, including: Laptop, Drill and hand tools, Ethernet crimper and tester, RJ45 connectors and basic cabling tools
Preferred
Familiarity with PoE-powered devices and network-connected equipment
