They are seeking an Engineering Intern to support the Engineering and Operations teams with projects focused on process improvement, efficiency, safety, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for engineering projects
Participate in time studies, workflow analysis, and standard work documentation
Assist with layout changes, equipment evaluations, and process documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Safety
Present project findings and recommendations to leadership at the conclusion of the internship
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide your own housing
Preferred
Familiarity with CAD or data visualization tools is a plus
