Create mechanical database for all plant equipment to allow easy sourcing
Assist with mechanical design effort for future expansions
Assist with mechanical construction and equipment installation for future expansions
Update all plant drawings to "As Built"
Assist in equipment repairs and facilities maintenance
Assist with mechanical integrity program

Required

Assist with the mechanical design and construction of current and future manufacturing and utility units
Document all equipment information
Work with outside engineering/design firms on process changes or design
Create mechanical database for all plant equipment to allow easy sourcing
Assist with mechanical design effort for future expansions
Assist with mechanical construction and equipment installation for future expansions
Update all plant drawings to 'As Built'
Assist in equipment repairs and facilities maintenance
Assist with mechanical integrity program
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job
CAD experience
Exposure to computerized maintenance software system
Familiar with MS Office software
One year to three years of similar or related experience
A college degree in a technical discipline or a master's degree (non-technical) or non-technical degree plus professional certification
This position involves working with technologies and information which are subject to U.S. export control regulations
Position requires the ability to read, write, speak and understand English at a level necessary to successfully perform assigned responsibilities
Ability to utilize/operate a computer, peripheral equipment and appropriate software
The ability to hear, speak, use hands/fingers and the repetitive motions of hands/wrists are occasional
Vision requires the adjustment and focus of sight
Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment as necessary
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
Must be able to wear a full face respirator
