This role supports day-to-day financial operations and ensures accurate, timely processing of transactions in support of a growing technology manufacturer and integrator.

Responsibilities
Process customer invoices, apply payments, and maintain accurate aging reports
Monitor outstanding balances and support collection efforts as needed
Ensure timely and accurate posting of deposits and related entries
Review, code, and process vendor invoices in QuickBooks
Generate check runs and schedule payments in accordance with company procedures
Resolve vendor discrepancies and maintain positive vendor relationships
Assist with monthly financial close, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Maintain organized and accurate financial records in accordance with company policy
Prepare routine financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements
Support the Finance Team with special projects and cross-functional tasks
Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and controls
Qualification
Required
1-4 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Ability to analyze and reconcile accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of general accounting principles and best practices
Strong organization, time-management, and follow-through
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
