Responsibilities
Quality Control: Review job tickets for correct configuration and inspect final products for proper folding, sealing, and address placement
Compliance: Ensure all mail is sorted according to USPS and PSI requirements
Production Excellence: Assist in meeting high-volume targets (up to 250,000 pages per job) and achieving quick equipment changeovers
Communication: Partner with Machine Operators and notify supervisors or technicians immediately of any mechanical issues or quality concerns
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with SOP guidelines
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen (including marijuana)
