They are seeking a Premium Press Brake Operator to join their precision sheet metal fabrication team in Houston, responsible for operating CNC press brakes and ensuring high-quality production of custom metal components.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC press brakes, including Accutek, Amada, or Cincinnati, to bend and form precision parts
Interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and flat patterns for bend sequences
Change dies, perform machine adjustments, and handle routine maintenance/calibration
Inspect finished parts using calipers, protractors, and templates to ensure they meet tight tolerances
Monitor material levels, complete work orders, and coordinate with the team to meet production goals

Required

5+ years of press brake operation in a precision sheet metal environment
Proficiency with CNC controls (Accutek experience preferred), bend deductions, and shop math
Personal calipers and a rubber hand-held hammer
Strong mechanical aptitude and extreme attention to detail
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift/move up to 35 lbs
Comfortable in a fast-paced production shop environment
